Quality Workbench Professional helps organizations keep day-to-day control over quality systems. Used to manage a range of activities, the program provides a complete solution for professionals concerned with quality, environmental, health, safety, and other standards, such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and QS-9000.

A client/server system, Quality Workbench Professional has full scaleability over local, wide area, and global networks. Quality Workbench Professional also features a modular design allowing you to adopt the components you need now and to add to the system easily as your organization's needs change.

The Document Control module securely manages the creation, revision, and distribution of your procedures, work instructions, drawings, and other documents. It features message forwarding, enhanced searching, a view-only option, and much more.

he Audits module produces an audit schedule that will automatically inform appropriate personnel of impending audits. It offers unique audit templates and schedules, internal and external audit functions, linkage to the Nonconformities module, and a flexible report generator.


The Customer Care module records feedback ranging from complaints to compliments, and automatically notifies the appropriate personnel to address the issues within predefined time frames. The escalation feature automatically transfers responsibility to a higher level when a deadline has not been met. Customer Care helps you to analyze trends in customer issues to improve service performance.


The Nonconformities module allows you to log all issues, ranging from suggestions for improvement to major process failures, and to route information immediately to the key decision-makers in your organization. With Nonconformities, you can track recurring issues to make genuine process improvements.


IntraView allows you to view issued documents dynamically through any Internet browser. This unique function enables multiple and remote sites to access data quickly and easily and facilitates the distribution of documents to large numbers of users. Intraview requires minimal training. Client administration for your IT staff is negligible because Intraview uses standard web browsers.


Report Designer facilitates the dissemination of crucial information throughout an organization. Once you tailor the reports to your specifications, they can be run by anyone on the system with authorization privileges.


The training module ensures that your organization’s training requirements are met and that complete training records for every employee are readily available and up-to-date.
